HARDWARE SHIPPING via USPS.
- In-stock hardware items normally ship within 3 business days after an order has been placed. Once an item has shipped, cancelation is not possible.
Please inspect your items immediately upon delivery. If there is a problem with your order, contact us at email@example.com within three (3) days of receipt. If you receive a damaged or defective item, we want to help you to make it right.
We allow returns within 14 days from date of receipt for a 20% restocking fee. Hardware must be returned in the unopened and original packaging, otherwise returns will not be accepted.
If you wish to return an item listed above, you will be responsible for outbound and return shipping and delivery charges. A traceable return shipping method is required (USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc) Returns must be received in original condition and in the original packaging within 14 days. Credit card orders will receive refunds in the form of a credit back to the original account. Shipping charges are not refundable.
